Updating a tired-looking brand with seemingly no direction, into something with a purpose, dynamism and excitement. Buying a home is the most important purchase in most walks of life and the brand needs to reflect that. We identified a USP and the role of a masterbrand versus a development brand that then drove the brand forwards and underpinned the tone of voice and provided the central core to communications. A refreshed look-and-feel re-energised the brand and propelled it forwards into a competitive marketplace.
